A  r ecent research has shown that many young people worldwide are opting for internet-related jobs. This includes jobs like influencing, digital marketing, or remote jobs. They argued this generation is lazy and would rather spend a whole day surfing on the internet than working. This research must have been carried out by African parents, who think the internet is a waste of time, part of which is true even though the internet has not failed to prove itself useful. Parents are mad because this is that one thing, they have failed to control. They are jealous our life is much better and full of fun compared to their 80s. They seem to not accept that you can learn about what is happening in Iran without watching Aljazeera. Have you tried watching world Today? You will get depressed; all they talk about is which western country should host Afghan immigrants. Sharing people like a bunch of bananas. Imagine listening to that for two hours, sick. This is why the youth prefer T

Petty officers....

It is the truth, should be universally acknowledged, officers are petty, really petty, I happened to hear one ask a guy he was about to arrest, “mbona unapumua hewa ya serikali!” reason for arrest was not having a mask on in public.

The guy was a mechanic in his place of work, he tried to explain how uncomfortable it was to work under cars and trucks with a mask on but the officer was too proud to listen to him and guess what he was arrested. Heartless. Is it not?

Another one appeared before court arrested for the same reason, not having a mask, please have a mask whenever you in public, if you fearless of covid19 am sure getting arrested will scare you to death especially if you have to appear before court.

One thing I have learnt with courts is that your sentence depends with the mood of the judge, and your ability to defend yourself, I have seen people get charged higher than others for the same offence.

Some magistrates are compassionate while others will frustrate you, keep away from that place as much as you can, you never know who you will find and your fate might be sealed because of a mask.

Am exaggerating a little bit, hahha… of course we have the law, you get what you deserve.

The guy defended himself by saying he was eating a sugarcane; I don’t understand how he was supposed to crush his sugarcane with a mask on. I chuckled, masks are lifesaving, apparently, not from covid19 alone.

We have all caught ourselves doing funny things like talking to ourselves, laughing at others even ignoring people who fail to recognize us. Thank you, mask!

The judge laughed and forgave him, he was the compassionate type I was talking about.

The saddest part is how the officer seemed to enjoy scaring the cane eating guy who was all tensed and terrified, he continued fester him with questions like who gave him the permission to eat sugarcanes, why was he eating it alone and not sharing with others.

There have been so many stories about how they ask stupid questions and misusing their powers, one even confessed how he loved to attend college riots and strikes so that he can whip college students who he claimed degraded them by calling them ‘D’ materials, huh, that was personal I told myself then… am telling you now.

Adios
